Took my truck in for ac problem. Rhonda was the service advisor and explained they had a few trucks before mine but my truck would be ready on Tuesday. She always kept me posted on the progress and my truck was ready one day early. The service was exceptional in all areas.

I’m a Winter Texan, but I’ve patronized Payne Wesley Ford with three different vehicles, and each time was in and out quite quickly. The staff treated us with respect and were very pleasant on each occasion. I also really enjoyed my conversation with Diego while I waited this time. Thank
