I’m a Winter Texan, but I’ve patronized Payne Wesley Ford with three different vehicles, and each time was in and out quite quickly. Ford Service handled my issue with a quick turn around. Adrian and Jesse handled my case with care and communicated with me on what was wrong with my vehicle. I had battery issues and they were able to replace it and also worked on a recall. I’ve owned multiple vehicles over the years (Chevy, Dodge, Toyota) and this is the first time I’ve received my vehicle back this quickly. Best service I’ve ever received at a dealership hands down.

Service was absolutely the best. Palomo and Alex and the insurance agent were a 10 in service and were total professionals. Paynes has always been awesome to me and my children. Thank you!
