I’ve been in the automotive industry for about 20 years, and Ford has always been my favorite brand. I work as a Service Advisor, where I get to help customers take care of their vehicles and make sure they leave confident in the service they received. What I enjoy most about working at Payne is the camaraderie. After so many years in the business, being part of a team that works well together and has each other’s backs makes all the difference.
